Customer Arrival & Ordering

Customer sits down, opens the tablet menu. AI assistant greets them, shows food with photos, allows customization (spice, modifications), and suggests complementary items.

Order instantly sent to Kitchen Display and saved in the database.

Kitchen Processing

Order appears on the KDS. Chef reviews, accepts (or marks unavailable), starts cooking. Timer tracks preparation. Items marked "Ready" when done.

Printer produces backup ticket. Customer sees "Preparing" status. Waiter notified when ready.

Food Service & Delivery

Waiter gets the "Food Ready" notification, collects from kitchen, delivers to the correct table. Customer can order more items anytime from the tablet.
